I have absolutely no problems with Globat and find that their pakcages more than cover the average person's needs. For little more than $7pm you can get 2.5gigs of space and a 75GB transfer! Their support team is also relatively up-to-scratch, so if you go with Globat, you're not likely to have many problems!
