The difference between IE and Firefox?

I wonder what is the main difference between Internet Explore browser and Mozilla Firefox browser? Just wanna know other web masters' thoughts.

There are lot of browser actually, Netscape, Opera, Google Chrome, IE, Firefox etc., It's basically in the design if you just try to categorize it, but it's actually more than that...

The thing is they also have different use... Some programs are not compatible to the browser that you are using so definitely you will be advised to download the type of browser which is compatible to the program you are trying to view.

From my experience, Firefox is heaps better. It just seems to be more consistent and reliable.

Also, as other have said, there are all those great plugins that it has. One good one that you can download in seconds is the "nodofollow" plugin, which shows what kind of links are on any page you are looking at.

From what I've read and heard, it has better security as well (although Internet Explorer may be catching up in this regard).

I use mozilla firefox it has lots of addons and we can use many tabs at a time to use and its comfortable to use,,,,,

I use it because it is faster, can install many good plugins. One of the nice plugin is Autofill Forms that automatically fills the forms.
