THis person first ripped me off with my first payment to them they charged my credit card twice he didnt know it was my bank and they was quickly on his behind it took me a month to get him to give my money back..i should have know this was a cheap *** outfit then but i gave them a chance.. you would think that you pay someone money for service you would get it this idiot was rude to me from the get go has no customer service skills what so ever not to mention the free software he offers that is ripped on his control panel... He also has stold software from me that was suppose to be on a windows box that was never delivered the site i have has been lost several times because of his system being crap i would advise against this host for anyone now i have payed for a year and just because he is mad at me he turns my service off! and owes me money get this he thinks because he has no contact info that people cant get back to him for court reasons but he is sadly mistaken... so anyone out there that sees this site i-hostingsolutions.com dont !use it... the company and the person robert that runs it is a complete fraud.

In regard to your first area of discussion for fraud and double charging you that was an error on behalf of the payment processor.
Upon your phone call to us and letting us know of this error the 2nd charge was immediately refunded to you.
As for your account being terminated it was for your attitude towards our staff for not giving you a free windows box to host your chat software.
Nothing in life is free and when you expect something for free and when it is about to be given to you in respect to our agreement made around that, common courtesy is expected.
As for the comments on fraud, we do not tolerate it in any way no we even receive your billing information.
All billing is done directly through 2checkout.com as it would show 2CO on your billing statement.
It would also show as your ip address on the 2CO network as you are sent to thier secure network for processing your payment.
Do not slanderize the company with incorrect and fully blown exagerated non sense.
All billing is done through 2checkout.com online entered BY the customer and not entered by any of our staff.
We are simply notified that the payment has been made for the order after the payment has been successfully processed by 2CO.
They also have many methods of stopping and flagging fraudulent payments or buyers as there is a thing called friendly fraud as well.
It is done that way to protect our customers and ourselves from fraud.
