Could you please tell your opinion aboput the offer of domain reselling given by cirtexhosting.com?

They claim tyo give a free domain reseller account, and I was surprised, so that I need somebody to return me on the ground.

i just found the site that states with regards to the registration of the domains.. & they have a stringent requirement.

is there any other way to offer such domains? or are there any credible domain resellers to introduce?
