HELP!!!! With html coding!!!!

I cannot get the picture of the lady in the left border to go up further towards the top of the page on the border. I want the picture on the left to go up about 2 1/2" to 3" further up, instead of where it is.
Also, I can't get the globe to line up under the logo.
HELP!!!!
Please view the source code and tell me what I need to do......I just cannot figure this out....I've been working on it for hours! Can someone tell me what source code to put and where to put it? Or can someone redo my whole source code and send it to me via email....
