I’m wondering none still have asked about search engine optimization basics.

Here I need to start a discussion on what are the best techniques to start search engine optimization.

I want to learn more and to share my knowledge to ones that need my help.

Could you please briefly describe to me the most common tools used for SEO, the main issue for me is how to make my website rank as high as possible. I am absolutely new to that section, have tried submitting my website to the most popular search engines, but my rank is 0. Any help will be appreciated.
