Apache has overtaken Microsoft as the leading developer of secure web servers. Apache now runs on 44.0% of secure web sites, compared to 43.8% for Microsoft, according to Netcraft ( http://news.netcraft.com/archives/2006/04/26/apache_now_the_leader_in_ssl_servers.html ).
Seems logical, given the price (or lack, thereof) of the Apache server.
