It is used to attach files,

This opens up a textBox alongside a browseButton,

Is there a way to set the default location in the popUp window to open onClick of Browse,?

Say,
I want the "D:\movies\pictures\" to be opened onClick of Browse,
Because I know that it is from picturesFolder that I have to pick files,

Please suggest,
