I will be adding live chat to my site and need to make the choice. If anyone can provide me a selection of good life chat software will be appreciated. ;)

Try PcPin.com, its a php chat this is extremely simple to install, they have mods for most of the CMS systems, xoops, nuke etc... It is php not a slick as some of the java but very functional.

Try liveperson. Good performance, good reports. My suggestion is dont go for a browserbased one if you can spend a lil extra
