Search Text in Pop Up Window

Hi All,
I am running a Javascript on WindowA which launches another window known as WindowB leading to an external site.

Is there a Javascript that can determine if WindowB displays the text as "The List Is Too Long".

Please can someone help me with this. Thanks in Advance!
