Different result on link popularity

Some time a link popularity is steadily climbing on one search engine but my ranking on others is steadily declining ??
Why is that ? Somebody care to help give me an explanation ?

may be i think that is google dancing. While google dancing you cant get standard result. The ranks are not stable on that time..
