I can't say that Windows reselling gives you some particular advantages over Linux reselling, as still it's Linux reselling plans that are in the greater demand. Start selling both types of packages like some of the companies do today (hostcats.com, yrhost.com) and research which niche is more profitable to go into.
There are companies who offer no Linux hosting, Windows only, but they add some services as well, like in Sibername.com plans it's a combination of Window hosting +email services, so my idea is even if you choose to resell Windows hosting only add some specific services as well to expand your potential clientbase.
