2. lypha.com (quite cheap)
3. ehostpros.com (very cheap - not sure if that is good point at all).

Hostdime.com are really good, lots of webhosting companies that operate today have started with them. Then I'd also mention Marblehost.com for their plans and positive reviews.
Resellerpanel.com are doing great at the moment.
You can find discount deals with any of these companies.

For me a сombination of a brandable control panel, billing software, private nameservers and ability to resell creates an ideal reseller package. I think www.Webhostingbuzz.com give one of the best reseller packages in the industry.
