Hello,

I'm new here. I recently launched a website: http://www.conhentoys.com, rc hobby directory. I have no idea how to promote it. I use google adwords, but that's not helpful at all. Only 2 clicks a day. Please give me some ideas how to promote it. Thanks.

Tammin..paid a visit to your site. The first thing I would work on , along with promoting it. is to let a visitor know what its all about! Upon landing I was just a tad...confused, maybe that's my browser, but I couldn't tell what it was about. Please...don't take it offensively, at least you are "doing". Now you just have to..tweak and test.

The first thing I might suggest..is to start a free blog either at Blogger or Wordpress...use some of your more expensive items in the RC category as individual posts with a bit of a tease and then link the post back to your site. Its simple. Also, see if you can tag all your images with keywords....Google LOVES images!

And if you want use adwords, what keyword you want compete with your competitor.

I've gone through all the comments which are of great use. I want to share my views. I feel SEO is the best way to fetch results in due amount of course. By using some free tactics like bookmaking, link building, Viral marketing etc, we can expect some traffic through it. I agree PPC would fetch results instantly, but we have to incur lot of money in it.
