Usually nearly all control panels functionate the same, maybe just with some peculiarities. And if ServerPoint.com provides dotnet panel, it must have some special features but not very big IMO.

I know Serverpoint.com also offer Cpanel and Directadmin on their VPS deals, as for Dotnet panel there's a community forum where you can post any questions you have

I think the most essential issues about a panel is the amount of disk space it takes on the account, the amount of features it offers to the clients, security and the frequency of updates.
