What features do you take into consideration before choosing a domain registrar?

Read many reviews first of all.
I think the pricing and the package of services offered are important, then not the least point on the plan is hosting provider's policies as for a domain name transfer.
I think it's quite beneficial to get domains from a provider if the pricing they offer is 2-3 times lower than that provided by some domain name registrars.
You can see Hqhost.net plans
http://hqhost.net/en/domain.html and compare their pricing, I think this is one of the lowest pricing in the market.

Before choosing a domain registrar (I'm talking about EuroDNS.com) I have read reviews of them, contacted them, test their speed, ask the other users about them.
Only than I reged some domains with them.

Yes, hqhost.net appears to be good company. Having a domain registering option gives them one more '+'. Maybe it is reasonable to look up.

What do you mean by testing Eurodns.com speed? Do they offer some additional type of services?

I think that EuroDNS.com provides only domain name registration services unlike other providers, I guess this helps them to keep up to the high level of services they are known for.
Before you choose a domain registrar, you should carefully and thoroughly explore it. Is it a stable, reliable and reputable company, or not? Are the price for domains not expensive? Of course, support team.

This process is relatively straightforward. You will need to supply credit card and contact details. What is important to remember is that registration is usually for a fixed period (1 year being common). After that period you will need to pay your fee again to renew your domain name.
