Include gazzin.com in your list. I think they gave really great plans and other specs needed to be good VPS provider. I suppose their plans are even cost less than globaltap's.

All the mentioned companies are good for VPS, but I think that Glowhost.com yields to no one in this respect. It happens so that the prices are not very expensive. You will find out the availability of their systems administrators and send them a support ticket and see how fast they respond.
