I need to buy dedicated server and don't know what company to choose. It happened so that I found out that serverpoint.com, exmasters.com and inmotionhosting.com offers really attractive dedis at reasonable rates. What company would you recommend me to deal with and why?

I vote ServerPoint.com - this company has brilliant reputation and very attractive deals, both by price and by quality. Choosing this provider you will hardly regret about anything further.

I recommend goodhoster.net they have trial hosting week.
Also their packages are cheap (20$ PER YEAR) + free domain:)

Taking the advantage of the opportunity, I'd like to say that exmasters.com offers nice VPS hosting plans and dedicated server packages at affordable price. Besides, it has metered and unmetered and you can find available hardware upgrades. If you need custom dedicated server (hardware, bandwidth), just contact them. Also I would like to point out that serverpoint.com offers new dedis: for example, Intel Pentium D 2.66Ghz (dual core); Bandwidth - 2,240GBs (7mbps bandwidth); Memory - 2GB; HD - 160GB at $84.99/month. So, I can say that you may rely on both these companies.

It will be more easier to recommend you if you wrote your requirements, but you know, serverpoint.com is flexible enough to offer you the configuration you need as it offers a variety of dedis to choose. One more important fact is that IT technicians are well-trained and absolutely committed to their clients' satisfaction.

So exmasters.com provides bonuses (http://www.exmasters.com/bonus/)for their customers that can be useful in running web hosting business.
I believe if you need a reliable hosting provider, this company is the right way to go.

Don't sacrifice security and quality. It is not ideal to jump into affordable web hosts in which in the long run can lead to many problems such as web site accessibility and, worst, shutting down of web site.
As a matter of fact it will be more secure to sign up with time-tested brands in the hosting industry like serverpoint.com as it offers really attractive dedicated server (http://www.serverpoint.com/english/dedicated-server.phtml) plans. They will satisfied all your demands.

Take a look at webhostingbuzz.com. For dedicated servers this company could be considered as on of the most transparent. Each dedi from this company is based on an individual order of the client, which is thus able to see how much he pays for each part of the server, and have excatly (+/-) fitting package, that was desired, without probable overpay.

If I were you, I would choose serverpoint.com as I have found out that it offers new dedicated servers (http://www.serverpoint.com/english/dedicated-server.phtml) at more cheaper price and you will also get the second month free.

24HostingNow is the big one when it comes to web hosts, and like many I was drawn in by their low prices. They guarantee affordable price plans, secure servers, first class 24/7 technical support and a wide range of features. I've hosted many sites with 24HostingNow over the years.

I don't know myself but I saw a site called tentopwebs.com that shows different sites that are ranked by their customers that might be a place to start.
