I am running in the park in evenings and this helps me to get rid of a stress!

I went partying with my friends in order to get rid of the stress in my body. Sometimes though, i just stick at home and read some magazines and novels, especially Robert Ludlums' works.

It is also very efficient to smoke weed whaen you are distressed. This will calm you down much and allows to gather thoughts together.
